Who we are...
My name is Jessica Felch, and I am a proud mother of two amazing girls. Being their mom brings me so much joy! I'm also fortunate to have a wonderful husband Shawn by my side, who has been my rock for many years. We've been living here in beautiful North Carolina for the past decade, and we absolutely love it here. In fact, after my hubby retires, we plan on staying put in this lovely state. One of my biggest passions is creating charcuterie masterpieces. There's something so satisfying about arranging a beautiful and delicious spread of meats, cheeses, fruits, and more. It's my creative outlet, and I love seeing the joy it brings to others when they dig in. I wanted to take a moment to express my gratitude to all of you for your support. Your encouragement means the world to me, and I'm so thankful to have you all on this journey with me. So, welcome to my little corner of the internet!
